Best exercise for Overall Fitness

Fitness is an essential part of our lives. We all know a famous quote states "Our body is like a temple, worship it". Here worship doesn't mean to the spiritual way of worshipping god but it means the way that a body of ones should be taken care of.


Exercise become a major routine in this modern day of sedentary lifestyle. It becomes one of the most and important factor to one health due to the works and things we do nowadays and the way we used to live. Earlier the case was different. People used to a lot of hard work and difficult tasks for their day to day life and income source but in this technological era the all difficult tasks are done by machinery or new technological methods that requires no physical hardwork and difficulties. 

Here we will discuss a few exercises that can keep you up with an overall fitness and help you to achieve and spend a healthy life.
1. Running: Running is one of such exercises that could be said as the mother of all exercises. Any games and sports that involves running could be played such as Football, Marathon Race, etc. Running takes the involvement of all body parts on it increasing its strength, flexibility, endurance along with other cardiovascular functions. 
2. Stretching : Stretching is one such activity that will make your body more flexible increasing its blood flow to all organs, detoxing the body keep you more safe form minor injuries and pain. 
3. Gym: People often confuse fitness with bodybuilding. An overall fitness is different thing and bodybuilding is different. Everybody don't want to be bodybuilder but all want to be fit. So, you can go to gym for simple exercises with gym equipments. Few pull-ups, few light weight lifting, etc can give you a better strength and shape to your body and boost your masculinity. 
4: Push-ups : It is one such exercise that requires no equipments, no gym going, no money. You can do it anywhere. Doing push-ups regularly could give a better shape to your body and make you a more confident person. 
5. Yoga: Yoga is often separated from gym and other exercises but in fact it is not other than any physical activity. Yoga is practiced from ancient times and is increasing its popularity and acceptance in modern day world. You can do a few asanas regularly for better health and flexibility.
